Water maze tracking data

A Morris water maze experiment was performed using 3 days of training and 2 days of reversal with 6 trials per day. Mice (n = 5 per group) of the strains C57BL/6 and DBA/2 were compared. The last trial on days 3 and 5 was a probe trial with no platform present. The swim paths were captured using Noldus Ethovision software (version 3) and the raw coordinate data, as well as arena descriptions and metadata, have been consolidated into an archive in the JSON format using the software Rtrack (https://rupertoverall.net/Rtrack).
