Ifih1+/+ or Ifih1-/- HSCs (LSK CD48- CD150+) were sorted at 16 hours (H16, early time point), 3 days (D3, just before the cells start to proliferate) and 10 days (D10, close to the end of the response) after 5-FU myeloablative stress (single dose) and mock injected mice were used as controls (D0). Samples were used in RNA-seq and ATAC-seq experiments.
