MutAnt: Mutation annotation tool predicts deleteriousness of missense mutations and improves mutation calling from transcriptomics

MutAnt machine-learning algorithm was developed to distinguish between deleterious and neutral mutations. Overall, MutAnt showed a high performance in determining the probability of mutation deleteriousness and improved somatic variant calling from RNA-sequencing data, underscoring potential clinical utility.
