C. elegans embryogenesis

scRNA-seq time-series dataset of C. elegans embryogenesis assayed using 10x genomics v2 chemistry. Packer et al. (Science 2019) assigned cells to the known C. elegans lineage tree based on marker gene expression and assigned a time label to each cell by comparing it with a bulk reference time course. Following Forrow et al. (Nat. Comms 2021), this dataset represents a subset of the original data, containing all 46,151 cells with at least partial lineage information.
