Metagenomics based rhamnoolipid enhancement of petroleum hydrocarbon biodegradation

To screen the petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria that can be used as bioenhancers, evaluate the bioremediation performance of the selected bacteria, study the strengthening effect of rhamnoolipid on petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria, and use metagenomics to study the soil microbial community structure and metabolic pathways and functional genes related to petroleum hydrocarbon degradation.
