The objectives of this study were to characterize bone marrow alteration in the context of kidney disease. Mobilized apheresis products were collected from de-identified, healthy donors. Isolated CD34+ HSPCs were cultured in myeloid expansion medium for 10 days with or without TNFα supplement. For bulk ATAC and RNA sequencing, CD14+ monocytic cells were further isolated at day 10.
