资源简介:

## Dataset DescriptionThis dataset contains experimental data from the optimization of Ni–Mo electrocatalysts using a closed-loop Bayesian optimization framework.## Folder StructureThe data is organized by optimization strategy. The following strategies are included:- Upper Confidence Bound (UCB), β = 1 - Upper Confidence Bound (UCB), β = 5 - Hybrid approach (combining UCB with varying β and Max Value Entropy Search)Each strategy is stored in a separate top-level folder. Please open each .zip file. Within each strategy folder, data is further organized into individual experiment folders, where each folder corresponds to a single experimental run. Contents of Each Experiment FolderEach experiment folder contains the following files:1. Parameter FileA JSON file describing the experimental parameters used for the run. File naming convention: Exp_<day><month><year><hour><minute>_parameter_dict.json Example: Exp_29_01_06_2025_15_41_parameter_dict.json This file contains all parameters used to define the experimental conditions.2. Raw Experimental DataA CSV file containing the recorded electrochemical measurements. File naming convention: Testing_data_<day><month><year><hour><minute>_exp<number>.csv Example: Testing_data_01_06_2025_15_41__exp_35.csv 3. Temperature DataTemperature measurements recorded during the experiment are stored in: temperature_data.json Raw Data FormatThe raw experimental CSV files contain the following columns:- **Step name** -Name of the experimental protocol step - **Step number** -Numerical index identifying the step - **Timestamp** -Time recorded during the experiment - **Working Electrode Voltage [V]** -Applied voltage at the working electrode - **Current [A]** -Measured current - **Frequency [Hz]** -Frequency (relevant for impedance measurements) - **Re_Z** -Real component of impedance - **Im_Z**- Imaginary component of impedance - **Absolute timestamp** -Absolute time reference - **Scan rate** -Intended scan rate (see note below) Additional Notes- The **experimental protocol** is defined by the *Step name*, while the *Step number* serves as its index.- The **scan rate column is included but does not contain valid data**, as it could not be recorded during experimentation.- All timestamps in filenames correspond to the time at which the experiment was executed.- There are also .png files in each folder showing ECSA, GEIS and stability cycling as well
