Bone marrow dendritic cell and exosome RNA profiling

In this study, we sought to identify differentially RNAs found in mouse bone marrow-derived dendritic cells and their exosomes. As a secondary aim, we sought to determine whether deletion of the Sidt1 and Sidt2 genes affects the RNA content of exosomes. Overall design: Dendritic cells and exosomes were harvested from the bone marrow of 6 mice. 3 of the mice were wild type, and 3 were Sidt1/Sidt2 double knock-outs. Differential expression analyses were performed between all experimental groups.
