Primary data comprise annotated quantitative datasets generated in in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro experiments investigating the radioprotective effects of 10-nitro-oleic acid (10-NO₂OA) following gamma irradiation. The datasets include survival and body-weight records, hematological and bone-marrow parameters, plasma and intestinal cytokine measurements, gene-expression data, Western blot quantification, and the source data underlying the main and supplementary figures and statistical analyses. Data are provided in xlsx file and organized according to the corresponding figures, with each worksheet containing the primary data for one individual sub-figure.
