Carbon Emission Dataset for Hub Location Problem

These datasets contain carbon emission amount for transporting a unit between cities via airway. We generate from the well-known CAB and USA423 datasets. The generation methodology is acquired from Smart Freight Centre (Smart Freight Centre (2021).Global Logistics Emissions Council Framework for Logistics Emissions. Technical Report, Global Logistics Emissions Council.).本数据集涵盖通过航空货运方式在城市间运输单位货物的碳排放量。本数据集基于知名的CAB与USA423数据集生成，其生成方法引自智能货运中心（Smart Freight Centre）2021年发布的技术报告《全球物流排放理事会物流排放框架》，该报告由全球物流排放理事会（Global Logistics Emissions Council）出具。
