FTIR Spectra of 27 films

This dataset contains the experimental results of the FTIR spectra of 27 films elaborated with potato starch, glycerol, tara gum, pectin and distilled water in several proportions. The amount of potato starch remains constant and is equal to 2.5 g on 100 g of total mass for each sample.本数据集包含27份薄膜的傅里叶变换红外光谱（FTIR）实验测试结果，该系列薄膜以马铃薯淀粉、甘油、塔拉胶、果胶与蒸馏水按多种比例复配制备得到。所有样品的总质量均为100g，其中马铃薯淀粉的添加量固定为2.5g，保持恒定。
