Fusarium Genome sequencing and assembly

Fusarium nematophilum Fn10 and Fn1 are endophytic fungi isolated from the roots of healthy rice (Oryza. Sativa L. sp. japonica). It has been reported that Fn10 and Fn1 can asymptomatic colonize the root of rice, establish a symbiotic system, promote rice growth, and prevent the invasion of pathogens such as Fusarium oxysporum.Here, we report high-quality whole genome sequence, assembly, and gene annotation of Fusarium nematophilum isolate Fn10. Extraction of high molecular weight DNA from mycelium. Oxford Nanopore sequencing was performed to generate a total assembly with 11 overlapping groups, with an N50 value of 6,343,404 bp, an N90 value of 4,307,184 bp, and a total length of 58,766,963 bp without gaps. The annotation generated a final gene set with a predicted total of 15,390 genes.
