Genome Assembly of the Critically Endangered blond titi monkey (Callicebus barbarabrownae). ORG.one project – Callicebus barbarabrownae

We report rapid sequencing of the critically endangered blond titi monkey (Callicebus barbarabrownae) as part of the ORG.one project https://org.one/oo using the PromethION 2 Solo (Oxford Nanopore Technologies) nanopore sequencer. We produced 53.2 Gb of sequence data. We aim to deliver with this study the first genome assembly for Callicebus barbarabrownae using Oxford Nanopore Technology.
