Nanobase

Nanobase collects the design files for a variety of nanostructures and stores them in a community database to facilitate the sharing of design principles to bring the community closer in collaboration and our designs to greater levels of modularity and function. This effort comprises not only repository for DNA, RNA and DNA/RNA-protein hybrid nanostructures, but also a supporting ecosystem of tools to edit and characterize the structures.Nanobase 收集了多种纳米结构的设计文件，并将其存储于社区数据库中，旨在推动设计原理的共享，促进社区成员间的协作，同时助力相关设计实现更高水平的模块化与功能拓展。该项目不仅涵盖了DNA、RNA及DNA/RNA-蛋白质复合纳米结构的存储库，还配套搭建了用于编辑与表征这些结构的工具生态系统。
