DAP-seq was used to identify transcription factor binding sites for EgrMYB1 (Eucgr.G01774), EgrMYB2 (Eucgr.G03385), EgrMYB122 (Eucgr.J01601) and EgrMYB135 (Eucgr.K02297) transcription factors. Sequencing was carried out on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (PE150) platform (Novogene Inc., Sacramento, USA).
本研究采用 DAP-seq 技术,旨在识别转录因子 EgrMYB1 (Eucgr.G01774)、EgrMYB2 (Eucgr.G03385)、EgrMYB122 (Eucgr.J01601) 及 EgrMYB135 (Eucgr.K02297) 的结合位点。测序过程在 Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (PE150) 平台(Novogene Inc.,美国萨克拉门托)上完成。
