AGREE II and AGREE-REX Appraisal Dataset for Japanese Dental Clinical Practice Guidelines

This dataset contains the raw appraisal data underlying the cross-sectional study entitled“Quality of Japanese Dental Clinical Practice Guidelines: A Cross-Sectional Appraisal.” The dataset consists of two Microsoft Excel files containing item-level appraisal scores generated by three independent, calibrated reviewers using the AGREE II and AGREE-REX instruments. The guideline documents evaluated in this study were originally published in Japanese, and accordingly, the appraisal datasets are provided in Japanese. These data were used to calculate domain scores, overall standardized scores, quality tier classifications, inter-rater reliability statistics, and all figures and tables reported in the associated manuscript. Specifically, the dataset includes: Item-level AGREE II scores for 32 Japanese dental clinical practice guidelines, independently assessed by three reviewers. Item-level AGREE-REX scores for the same set of guidelines, assessed by the same reviewers. Raw numeric data enabling full reproduction of all statistical analyses and graphical outputs presented in the manuscript. Reviewer identifiers are anonymized to preserve assessor confidentiality. No personal or patient-level data are included in this dataset. This dataset is publicly shared in accordance with the data sharing policy of JDR Clinical & Translational Research to support transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analysis.
