<b>Transcriptome profiling of nasopharyngeal carcinoma 5-8F cells after CENPN knockdown</b>

This dataset contains the processed RNA-seq expression matrix of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) 5-8F cells with stable knockdown of <i>CENPN</i>. RNA sequencing was performed using the Illumina HiSeq platform. Expression values were transformed using the formula log₂(value + 1) to facilitate downstream analysis and visualization.The dataset includes: log2_expression_matrix.xls:a log₂-transformed gene expression matrix with genes as rows and samples as columns.sample_info.xlsx: metadata including sample names, treatment conditions, and grouping information.README.txt: description of the experimental design and data processing steps.
