Compiled of predicted σ⁵⁴regulon.

We have compiled the complete set of σ⁵⁴-dependent promoter sequences identified in our study, along with their corresponding σ⁵⁴-regulated operons in a downable zip file available from our web server aRpoNDB (https://biocomputo.ibt.unam.mx/arpondb/). For each gene, each table includes its identifier, the COG annotation of its protein product (classified by cellular or biological process), a functional description, and the source of the promoter sequence, whether derived from the literature, public databases, or identified/predicted in this study.
