Whole-genome sequencing of Pasteurella multocida strain EH32 isolate from buffalo in Vietnam

This dataset contains the raw whole-genome sequencing data of Pasteurella multocida strain EH32, isolated from buffalo in Vietnam. Sequencing was performed using the PacBio Onso platform (150 bp paired-end). Reads were quality-checked with Fastp v0.23.1, assembled de novo using Unicycler v0.4.8, and evaluated by QUAST v5.2.0 and CheckM v1.2.1 for genome quality and completeness.本数据集收录了从越南水牛体内分离得到的多杀性巴氏杆菌（Pasteurella multocida）菌株EH32的原始全基因组测序数据。测序工作依托PacBio Onso平台完成，采用150 bp双端测序模式。测序读段经Fastp v0.23.1进行质量质控，通过Unicycler v0.4.8完成从头组装，并由QUAST v5.2.0与CheckM v1.2.1分别评估基因组质量与完整性。
