资源简介:
To clarify soil microbes in rhizospheres how to contribute to maize quality, soil microbial compositions in rhizospheres between waxy and non-waxy maize were analyzed. The results showed that the abundances of soil bacteria, such as Firmicutes, Planctomycetota and Bacillus in rhizospheres of waxy maize varieties were higher than those of the non-waxy maize varieties. Additionally, Corallomycetella, unclassified_o__Pleosporales, Hypomyces, Trichoderma were the special fungal genera in rhizospheres of waxy maize varieties. All above results suggested that soil microbial compositions in rhizospheres of waxy and non-waxy maize varieties.
