To investigate the function of Maf family transcription factors, MafB and cMaf, in the intestinal epithelium, we generated tissue specific loss of function mouse models. Overall design: VillinCre was used to drive deletion of transcription factors MafB and cMaf (MafBfl/fl, cMaf fl/fl) in the intestinal epithelium. At postnatal day 7, intestines were collected, RNA was isolated and samples were sent to Novogene for library prep, sequencing and analysis.
