新疆北山地区白山幅(K46E020014)1∶50 000地质图数据库是按照《区域地质调查总则(1∶50 000)》(DZ/T 0001—1991)、《1∶<number>50 000</number>区域地质调查技术要求》(DD 2019—01)等规范要求,按照构造–岩性实体填图理念,借鉴国外地质填图先进经验,充分利用遥感和航磁资料,探索系列新的地质调查方法,采用数字地质调查系统(DGSS)完成各类基础数据采集,并创新成果表达方式而形成的通用性地质图和标准图幅空间数据库。本数据库包含24个非正式填图单位、28个正式地层单位,数据量为236 MB,反映调查区地层、侵入岩、变质岩和构造的基本特征,建立了地层格架、侵入岩序列、构造期次和变质历史,包括古元古代敦煌岩群(Pt<sub>1</sub><i>D.</i>)4个岩性段、26种自然层和4级变质相带,晚石炭世石板山组(C<sub>2</sub><i>sb</i>)3个岩性段、7个自然层,4期岩浆事件,7期构造变形,以及2条新厘定出的早二叠世韧性剪切带。特别是,厘定出新疆北山最早的镁铁–超镁铁质杂岩体,为启鑫铜镍矿的发现和北山晚古生代大陆裂解时限提供了重要信息,拓展了新疆北山地区铜镍矿的找矿方向。

The 1:50 000 geological map database of the Baishan Sheet (K46E020014) in the Beishan Area, Xinjiang, was compiled in accordance with specifications including General Principles of Regional Geological Survey (1:50 000) (DZ/T 0001—1991) and Technical Requirements for 1:50 000 Regional Geological Survey (DD 2019—01). Adopting the concept of structural-lithologic entity mapping, drawing on advanced foreign geological mapping experience, making full use of remote sensing and aeromagnetic data, exploring a series of new geological survey methods, collecting various basic data via the Digital Geological Survey System (DGSS) and innovating the expression of survey results, this database is a universal geological map and standard sheet spatial database. This database contains 24 informal mapping units and 28 formal stratigraphic units, with a data volume of 236 MB. It reflects the basic characteristics of strata, intrusive rocks, metamorphic rocks and structures in the survey area, and establishes the stratigraphic framework, intrusive rock sequence, tectonic stages and metamorphic history. Specifically, it includes 4 lithologic members, 26 natural layers and 4 metamorphic facies zones of the Paleoproterozoic Dunhuang Complex (Pt₁<i>D.</i>); 3 lithologic members and 7 natural layers of the Late Carboniferous Banbianshan Formation (C₂<i>sb</i>); 4 magmatic events; 7 tectonic deformations; and 2 newly delineated Early Permian ductile shear zones. Notably, the oldest mafic-ultramafic complex in the Beishan Area of Xinjiang has been delineated, which provides critical information for the discovery of the Qixin Cu-Ni deposit and the timing of Late Paleozoic continental rifting in the Beishan Area, and expands the prospecting direction for Cu-Ni deposits in the Beishan Area of Xinjiang.
