Source data associated with the manuscript "Highly fluctuating double-q magnetic order in the van der Waals metal CeTe3" The dataset contains: - Neutron diffraction intensity maps of the hk0, h5l, and h6l reciprocal-space planes.- STM conductance maps and their Fourier transforms.- Integrated nuclear Bragg peak intensities.- Integrated magnetic Bragg peak intensities used for magnetic structure refinement.
