Interview Transcripts and Coded Segments: Motivations Behind the Analog Photography Revival: A Qualitative Study of Consumer Experiences and Business Implications

This dataset contains the full, pseudonymized transcripts from qualitative interviews conducted in 2025 as part of a bachelor’s thesis on the revival of analog photography. The participants were anonymized for ethical reasons. These transcripts were used to explore motivations and behaviors related to film photography practices. In addition to the full transcripts, the dataset also includes the thematically coded segments, which were developed using MAXQDA and structured following the Gioia method to identify key themes and aggregate dimensions.
