Thalamus Oxford Thalamic Connectivity Atlas parcellation.

Node labels and their overlap with the Oxford Thalamic Connectivity Atlas [75]. This is an atlas for thalamocortical structural connectivity based on the structural connectivity of the thalamus with cortical areas (i.e., primary motor, primary somatomotor, occipital, premotor, prefrontal, parietal and temporal cortices). It is based on diffusion tractography in multiple subjects and reports the probability of the dominant connection. This is calculated as the fraction of subjects with probabilities higher than 0.25 to each of the 7 cortical zones, therefore the sum over all cortical areas should not sum to 1. (XLSX)
