This record contains supporting data and code for the manuscript 'Modes of Ice Speed Change in Antarctica'. code/ contains the current release used for processing and analysis of the data in the manuscript. The structure of the codebase is outlined in README.md The supplementary data files are: Data S1. - slater_et_al_data_S1_trend_seasonality.csv Comma separated value (CSV) file containing ice speed trend and seasonality score for each sample point in the study. Data S2. - slater_et_al_data_S2_annual_speeds.csv Comma separated value (CSV) file containing annual mean ice speed and timings of ice speed maxima and minima for each sample point in the study. Data S3. - slater_et_al_data_S3_ice_speed_and_error.nc NetCDF file containing mean ice speed and associated uncertainty across the study period. Data S4. - slater_et_al_data_S4_counts.nc NetCDF file containing counts of total ice velocity observations before and after filtering. Data S5. - slater_et_al_data_S5_ice_speed_trend.nc NetCDF file containing calculated ice speed trends, associated uncertainties and fit statistics. Data S6. - slater_et_al_data_S6_sample_points.geojson GeoJSON file containing point geometries used for extraction of time series data and calculation of statistics in Data S1 and S2.
