Soil nutrient profiles across urban land uses in Singapore

This dataset contains the compiled soil nutrient, soil property, soil respiration and lysimeter data used in the manuscript Impacts of Urbanisation on Soil Nutrient Profiles in a Tropical City. Soil samples were collected from forests, parks, golf courses and urban farms in Singapore between October 2023 and April 2025. The dataset includes soil depth-profile measurements from 84 sampling sites across four depth intervals: 10, 20, 30 and 40 cm. It also includes site-level depth-averaged data used for land-use comparisons and correlation analyses, and lysimeter leachate data from parks and forests collected between December 2024 and August 2025.
