Data for: Noise reduction in the spectral domain of hyperspectral images using denoising autoencoder methods

Unpreprocessed pixel-wise spectra of milk powder, rice flour and soy flour. Three folders are included, with the name containing milk powder, rice flour and soy flour. In each folder, 36 .csv files containing 10,000 pixel-wise spectra can be found. Each row is a pixel sample, each column is a wavelength variable.本数据集收录奶粉、米粉与大豆粉的未预处理逐像素光谱（pixel-wise spectra）。共包含三个文件夹，各文件夹名称分别为奶粉、米粉与大豆粉。每个文件夹内均存有36个.csv格式文件，每个文件内含10000条逐像素光谱数据。文件中每行代表一个像素样本，每列代表一个波长变量。
