Percentage of teachers in Great Britain on if they regret their career choice 2022

In 2022, approximately 45 percent of teachers in Great Britain advised that they would become a teacher, if they were given the choice again, compared with 40 percent who would not become a teacher. Teachers who were aged between 44 and 54 were the most likely to regret their decision to become a teacher, with almost half saying they would not choose this profession.
