Single-base resolution methylome of different flower buds from Pyrus pyrifolia reveals epigenomic changes in response to flower bud abortion

Our aim is to find the epigenetic mechanism induced by flower bud abortion of Pyrus pyrifolia. The outcome provides an important theoretical basis for the regulation of pear against flower bud abortion and the pear breeding using diversity genetic resources.
