Table 1: Microfossil dataset in percentages (%): 32 pollen taxa (> 2%) including arboreal taxa (Pinus, Quercus, Salix, Carya, Betulaceae, Myrica, Populus, Nyssa, Taxodium, Fraxinus, Platanus, Liquidambar, Rosaceae, Ulmus, Morus, Cephalanthus, Vitaceae, Caprifoliaceae), and non-arboreal taxa (Cyperaceae, Poaceae, Amaranthaceae, Ambrosia, Asteraceae, Artemisia, Ipomoea, Fabaceae, Polygonaceae, Nymphaeceae, Sagittaria, Eichhornia, Typha, and Araceae).

Table2: Ecological and geochemical dataset. The ecological data frame including floodplain trees, upland trees, tidal freshwater herbs, and inland herbs are represented in percentages (%). A geochemical data frame, including marine (Cl, Sr, Ca) and terrestrial (Mn, K, Ti, Fe, Zn, Zr, Br) elements are displayed in parts per million (ppm).
