资源简介:
In this study, we show that the centromeric Kaposi’s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (KSHV) latent nuclear antigen (LANA)-interacting protein 1 (KLIP1) is a novel regulator of the c-Myc pathway. A series of microarray experiments were designed to demonstrate that the expression levels of KLIP1 protein are inversely correlated with cell proliferation, and the expression of c-Myc targets. 1 MCF7 parental cell, and 3 MCF7 cell clones with stable transfection of vector, and 4 MCF7 cell clones with stable transfection of KLIP1, all with 3 technical replicates were profiled with Phalanx microarrays to examine the differenetial expression due to the over-expression of KLIP1.
