Photo-Biocatalytic One-pot Conversion of 1,1-Disubstituted Alkenes into Optically Enriched Primary Amines

The deposited dataset includes: (i) free induction decay (FID) files, acquisition parameters, and processing details for the recorded 1H, 13C{1H}, 19F, and 31P NMR spectra of a set of compounds (e.g., alkenes, amines, amides, BEHT triflate, and fendiline), and (ii) raw, unprocessed HPLC analytical data. These data consists of supplementary data for an article entitled: "Photo-Biocatalytic One-pot Conversion of 1,1-Disubstituted Alkenes into Optically Enriched Primary Amines" submitted to Advanced Synthesis & Catalysis on 27 October 2025.
