Replication Data for: "Small-Molecules as Chemiluminescent Probes to Detect Lipase Activity"
收藏资源简介:
Excel raw data from kinetic analyses as described in the Readme file. Luminometric analyses were carried out in 96-well white clear-bottom plates (Corning) using a Varioskan LUX Multimode Microplate luminometer Reader (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA). Data from kinetic experiments were extracted in MS excel files, all analyses were performed by MS excel. Tabs report Luminescence intensity, expressed as Relative Luminescence Units, released by compounds 2-4, released by enzymatic hydrolysis (esterase or different lipases), and chemically rearranged. Experiments were performed in Tris-HCl buffer pH 7.4, 1mM EDTA in the presence (0.2 U/well) or in the absence (no enzyme) of three different lipases, CCL, PFL, and MML, and PLE as control. Varioskan LUX Multimode Microplate Reader (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA) was used to measure light emission every 2 min for 1.5 h. Assays were performed in total white flat bottom microplates in a total volume/well of 200 L Tris-HCl, 1mM EDTA (10% DMSO), with 10 Mfinal concentration of the assessed compounds (2, 3, and 4). CCL= Lipase from Candida cylindracea MML=Mucor Miei Lipase PFL= Pseudomonas fluorescens Lipase
