egePan survey: A set of questionnaires to assess the experiences of German healthcare professionals and stakeholders during the COVID-19 pandemic

This repository contains the questionnaires used in the German egePan survey, targeting general practitioners, associations of statutory health insurance physicians, hospital medical directors, local health departments, rescue coordination centres, medical directors of emergency services, outpatient nursing services, nursing homes, community care access centres, and hospital nursing managers. The survey aims to assess the experiences of these healthcare professionals and stakeholders during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on new healthcare services and communication channels. Its primary objective is to provide an overview of these services and offer recommendations for their feasibility. Additionally, the survey explores the most frequently used communication channels and the state of digital communication. Originally formulated in German, the questionnaires have been translated into English to ensure broader accessibility.本数据集仓库收录了德国egePan调研所使用的全部问卷，调研对象涵盖全科医生、法定医疗保险医师协会、医院医务主任、地方卫生部门、救援协调中心、急诊服务医疗主任、门诊护理服务机构、养老院、社区护理接入中心以及医院护理管理者。本次调研旨在评估新冠疫情期间上述医疗从业者与利益相关方的从业经历，重点聚焦新兴医疗服务与沟通渠道。其核心目标是梳理此类服务的整体概况，并就其可行性提出针对性建议。此外，本调研还探讨了当前最常用的沟通渠道及数字化沟通现状。本问卷最初以德语编制，后续被译为英语以扩大其可及性范围。
