Case Study for AURA: Automated Universal floor plan Replication for Airflow and thermal analysis

We developed energy models for three floor plans using EnergyPlus (version 22.2) and the Airflow Network model for ventilation analysis. We hypothesized that the difference in floor plans would lead to greater differences in thermal performance when compared changes in window size and construction material. Our data supports this hypothesis. The data is organized as follows: 01_inputs contains the weather data used to run the energy models; 02_plans contains the geometric data of the three plans used in the case study; 03_models contains the energy models that were created along with metadata describing any modifications from the referenced plan; 04_temp contains intermediate data for the sensitivity analysis.
