资源简介:
To determine how host irradiation affects tumor profiles in 10 month aged mice treated with HZE or gamma irradiation. Overall design: Total RNA was extracted from mammary tumors derived from transplantations of non-irradiated p53 null mammary fragments into irradiated hosts. We analyzed 43 tumors from 10-month aged whole body irradiated hosts with (1) sham n = 10, 50, 100 cGy γ-ray sparsely ionizing radiation (SIR) n = 15, or at equivalent fluences of 350 Mev/amu Ar, 350 Mev/amu Si or 600 Mev Fe densely ionzing radiation (DIR) n = 19
