Trypanosoma cruzi Amplicon Sequencing from congenitally infected infants and their mothers

Amplicon sequencing of the TcSCD5 locus , analyzing parasite diversity in whole blood from infants congenitally infected with Trypansoma cruzi and their mothers. The goal of this project was to understand the dynamics of congenital transmission of T. cruzi.
