资源简介：
AgingBank is a manually curated comprehensive database and high-throughput analysis platform that provided experimentally supported multi-omics data relevant to aging in multiple species. AgingBank contains 3,771 experimentally verified aging related multi-omics entries from studies across more than 50 model organisms. The records include genome, transcriptome and epigenome and other modification and regulation elements. In addition, AgingBank is also a big-data computational platform containing five useful tools, nearly 112 high-throughput experiments and 8,616 cancer samples of genes, miRNAs, lncRNAs, circRNAs and methylation sites related with aging.
