Whole genome transcriptomics of Doxorubicin treated iPSCs and iCMs.

The underlying mechanisms of acute and chronic cardiotoxic effects after treatment of tumor cancer patients with the anthracycline doxorubicin (Dox) are still not clear and are a matter of intense research. The analysis of whole genome transcriptomes of iPSCs and iCMs is used to gain insight into the underlying mechanisms of the side effects.
