Ischemic stroke caused a high level of death and disability in China. However, the underlying mechanism still remains largely unknown. Here, we examined changes in the transciptomic profiles in the brain of mice with ischemic stroke using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq)technology. And we introduced a new kind of Nano-particle material of Cu9S8-SNAP to investigate the effect in ischemic stroke We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different group of brain tissue from mice, including Operation group, Cu9S8-SNAP treated group after tMCAO (Temporary Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion) operation. Combining with naïve mice, at 3 days after operation.
