We included 50 individuals from the ALBION study cohort, classified based on two diagnosis criteria a) CSF amyloid-based diagnosis (29 amyloid-normal and 21 amyloid-pathology) and b) clinically-based diagnosis (40 cognitively normal and 10 patients with mild cognitive impairment). Fecal samples were collected and microbiome composition was determined through 16s rRNA amplicon sequencing.
