Transcriptomic changes measured by microarray in iPSC-derived hepatocytes after exposure to varying concentrations of CBN (0.1-20 μM) for 24 h. Cells were exposed to increasing concentrations of CBN (0.1-20 μM) for 24 h. Whole genome gene expression was characterizecd using Affymetrix GeneChip PrimeView Human Gene Expression Arrays. Three replicates were included for each concentration group including the control (0.0 μM).
