Research Background
Following IMPACT 6: International Multidisciplinary Printmaking Conference held in Bristol UK in 2009, Associate Professor of Art Melanie Yazzie from the University of Colorado (Boulder, USA) invited a diverse range of printmakers and print-based artists from the USA and around the globe to participate in an exchange portfolio titled Circle of Print: FOLD. This international exchange portfolio consists of four volumes, which were distributed amongst the participants.
Signicifance
The work 'Measure twice cut once' that is part of the FOLD exchange portfolio was exhibitied at the School of Art Gallery, RMIT University in association with the IMPACT 7 conference(held at Monash University) and the Print Council of Australia's Month of Print in 2011. The work 'Measure twice cut once' is held in 6 international Collections.
