Metagenomes and raw reads from chytrid (Rhizophydium megarrhizum) infection on Planktothrix agardhii

Single chytrid isolates from Sandusky Bay, Lake Erie were maintained on Planktothrix agardhii SB1803. The isolates were taken from bloom material in 2018 and 2019. Biomass was harvested from the dual cultures to generate metagenome assembled genomes for the chytrid isolates.
