The SIRV spike-In RNA (SIRV-Set 3, see https://www.lexogen.com/sirvs/sirv-sets) was sequenced on an Oxford Nanopore MinION using a RNA004 flowcell. This dataset contains a subset of the generated raw signal data. The original data in the FAST5/POD5 format was converted to BLOW5 format using slow5tools. This BLOW5 file is named SIRV_from_MNXKXX240359.blow5. The transcript reference for SIRV-Set 3 is named SIRV_transcripts.fa
