Transcriptome sequencing of Streptomyces nodosus in different media

Streptomyces nodosus is known as the only manufacturer of amphotericin B, which is an effective drug applied to treat fungal infections. We conducted the first complete transcriptome analysis of S. nodosus, using RNA-seq technology to analyze the effects of different nitrogen sources and calcium on cell growth and fermentation.
