Data Set Case Report : Targeted therapy for a rare PDGFRB-rearranged myeloproliferative neoplasm

Patient with atypical rearrangement and formation of the PDGFRB-CCDC88C fusion gene. In this dataset, it is possible to have access to the FISH images of the WGS and RNAseq.本数据集的样本为携带非典型染色体重排并形成PDGFRB-CCDC88C融合基因的患者，可获取其全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing, WGS）与RNA测序（RNA Sequencing, RNAseq）的荧光原位杂交（Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization, FISH）图像。
