Endothelial progenitor cells were exposed to hypoxic conditions and starved with in EBM medium for twenty four hours. Cells incubated under normoxic conditions with EGM medium for twenty four hours were used as controls. Endothelial progenitor cells were cultured and divided into three experimental groups: control (ctrl), hypoxia (QY), and ECSW (ZB). Based transcriptome sequencing revealed a key signaling pathway in which ECSW improves EPCs function after hypoxia.
