Nabiximols treatment in Multiple Sclerosis patients. Homo sapiens

The aim of the study is to explore the transcriptional changes induced by 4 weeks of Nabiximols treatment in whole blood of multiple sclerosis patients. Overall design: Total RNA from whole blood was collected from 33 patients affected by multiple sclerosis using the PaxGene System (PreAnalytix). Sample collection was performed at baseline and after 4 weeks of treatment with Nabiximols.
